In six years, a “Window of World Tourism” occupying a land of 10 square kilometers, will appear in the southwest bank of Futou Lake of Xianning city, central China’s Hubei province. The tourism complex of European and American styles comprises of high-grade commercial residential buildings, hotels and tourist facilities, shopping, entertainment and catering services.

The Xianning Window of World Tourism project is located in Quanhu village, Guanbuqiao town, in the southwest bank of Futou Lake along the Guixiang Boulevard of Xianning city.

The Window of World Tourism project will be invested and constructed by Greater China Investment Group Holding Co. Ltd. from Canada. The company, registered in Toronto, is affiliated to Canada Greater China Chamber of Commerce. It serves as a platform for members of the Chamber of Commerce to invest in various parts of the world. It has a registered capital of US$120 million.

A framework agreement was signed on October 30 in Xianning for the ten billion yuan investment project. The investor plans to spend six to eight years to cultivate a tourism project on the land. When completed, the project will attract over 100,000 talents to settle down in Xianning and establish businesses. The service facilities will also be available to more than 300 million people in the neighboring six provinces. It is expected to attract a large number of tourists to promote rapid development of the local tourism sector.
